Who pays us?
As we offer a Free service to Directors of Limited Companies for preparing and presenting a Company Voluntary Arrangement, if submitted by post or email. the inevitable question is, who pays us? Business Debt Solutions are paid by Insolvency Practitioners.
Business Debt Solutions are paid an administration fee by clients and the IP when our consultant is on site, taking immediate action.
When your case is drawn up, it is calculated exactly what it will cost to file, submit your case to the court. represent your company at the meeting of creditors and then supervise your case, distributing payments to creditors, dealing with creditor correspondence for the 5 year arrangement duration.
Then, when passed at meeting of creditors and you Voluntary Arrangement is accepted, the Insolvency Practitioners fees are deducted from your initial contributions. The Insolvency Practitioner (IP) then pays our fees for introduction, preparation and administration of your case.
