What will I learn by attending a 3 day insolvency training course? 2 days residential and a further day, 4 weeks later at delegates location.

To become an Insolvency Practitioner can take around 3/4 years to become qualified.

As a business adviser you will be assisting your client to prevent the company from going into liquidation.
It is often the case that your client is already trading whilst being insolvent and possibly putting themselves personally in a vulnerable position especially if having signed personal guarantees.
Your client may prefer to avoid a liquidation and want you to introduce a way to help the company to continue to trade through the problem without threats of litigation.
All unsecured creditors can be dealt with, including HMRC.
It is often the case the client continually attempts to solve the problem without success and to the point of having had a Winding Up.
Petition being presented threatening the future of the company.
On the course delegates will be shown how to resolve all situations that the client finds themselves in.
There are many occasions when a problem can be resolved simply by acting has a negotiator and liaising between clients and their creditors to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome.
Part of the course you will be given the opportunity to solve and discuss at least 8 real cases that will cover all questions that arise during your client meeting .
Essential insolvency knowledge that will ensure you will be able to deal with all questions and telephone assistance should you need guidance.
All cases that require the intervention of an insolvency practitioner will be processed by ourselves , 3 types of liquidations and company voluntary arrangements for example.
